Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Online Presence when you create an account or use our Portfolio, Company Website, Business Card or Invite & Gift Card products. By using the service you accept them. If you use Online Presence for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• One person or business may hold more than one product in the same account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

You own what you upload and write. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service, for example to publish your site, show your card to the people you share it with and make theme previews for you.

You promise that you have the right to use everything you upload, including photos of other people, logos and designs.

AI can draft content from your CV. Always review it before publishing: you're responsible for what appears on your pages.

Don't use Online Presence to:

• break the law, or publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or misleading;
• impersonate someone, or copy another person's or company's identity, work or trademarks;
• send spam, scams or phishing, or message people who haven't given you a reason to contact them;
• sell fake vouchers or offers you don't intend to honour;
• attack, overload or try to get around the security or limits of the service.

We may remove content, pause sites or cards, or close accounts that break these rules.

Your subdomain and card link are yours to use while your account is in good standing. Some names are reserved, and we may take back a name that impersonates others, infringes a trademark or breaks these terms.

• Free themes and features stay free to use.
• New accounts may get a free trial of premium Portfolio and Company Website themes. The trial length is shown when you sign up, and needs no payment details.
• Paid plans (Portfolio Premium, the Company Website plan and the Business Card) last for the number of days you pay for.
• Nothing renews automatically. When a plan ends, premium features lock, and your site moves to a free theme and stays online. A Business Card without an active subscription is paused until you renew.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Time you've already paid for isn't affected.

• Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. You pay with Send Money from bKash or Nagad to the number shown on your billing page, then submit the transaction ID.
• Every payment is reviewed manually. What you bought is activated once we've matched your payment. If we can't verify it, we tell you why on your billing page so you can fix and resubmit it.
• Only send money to the number shown in your own dashboard. We never ask for your PIN or OTP.
• If you paid the wrong amount, paid twice or were charged by mistake, contact us with your TrxID and we'll sort it out fairly.

• You own your guest list and are responsible for having a reasonable basis to contact the people you add, and for what your cards say.
• Email and SMS use prepaid credits. Credits don't expire, and credits for messages that fail to send are returned automatically.
• Sharing a guest's link yourself, for example on WhatsApp, is free.
• Gift voucher values are a promise from the business that issues them, honoured at its own counter. Online Presence doesn't hold, sell or transfer money for vouchers and isn't responsible for redeeming them.

We work hard to keep Online Presence fast and online, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve, change or retire features over time, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of changes that affect what you've paid for.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Online Presence isn't liable for indirect losses, such as lost business or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of Bangladesh that can't be limited.

You can stop using Online Presence at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. When an account is closed, its sites and cards go offline.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If we update them, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service means you accept the new version. Questions? Contact us.
