What is a digital gift card here?
A gift voucher from your business to a customer, sent as a link. It shows your value or offer, terms and expiry date, with a unique code and QR code for that customer. You redeem it at your own counter. It is not a prepaid bank card or a gift card for another online store.
How do I redeem a voucher at the counter?
Open the card in your dashboard and scan the customer's QR code, or type their eight-character code. It's marked as redeemed straight away, so the same voucher can't be used twice, and an expired voucher is refused.
How do I send vouchers to many customers?
Import your customers from a CSV or Excel file or your phone's contacts, or paste a list. Each receiver gets their own link and code. Share the links on WhatsApp for free, or send them by SMS or email with credits.
Are gift voucher values real money?
No. A gift voucher's value is a promise from your business, redeemed at your own counter with its unique code or QR. Online Presence never holds, sells or transfers money for vouchers.
Is sharing by WhatsApp free?
Yes. Sharing each guest's personal link by WhatsApp, or anywhere else, is free and doesn't use credits — you send it from your own phone, and opens and RSVPs are still tracked. Every guest you buy also comes with a WhatsApp credit, but nothing spends those yet: we don't send WhatsApp messages for you today, and we'll say so clearly when we can.
Do I need credits to send cards?
Only if you want us to send them by email or SMS. That's optional and uses prepaid credits: one credit sends one email or one SMS (a long or Bangla SMS can use more than one). Packages start at 199৳ for 300 email and 100 SMS credits. New accounts get 25 free email credits to try it. Sharing on WhatsApp is always free.
Can I upload my own design and contacts?
Yes. Upload a card your designer made instead of using a template, and import guests from a CSV or Excel file or your phone's contacts. You can also paste a list or type names in.
