Online Presence puts you and your business online in Bangladesh. One account gives you four products: a Portfolio for yourself, a Company Website for your business, a Business Card on its own link, and Invite & Gift Cards for weddings, birthdays, Eid and business vouchers.

Yes. Create an account, pick a theme and import your CV to see your portfolio take shape. Terminal and Editorial (Portfolio) and Summit and Harbor (Company Website) are free to use. Every new account also gets a free 30-day trial of all premium Portfolio and Company Website themes, starting the day you sign up.

Your 30-day trial starts when you sign up and unlocks every premium Portfolio and Company Website theme. No payment details needed. When it ends, keep your premium theme with Premium (365৳ for 365 days) or the Company Website plan (499৳ for 30 days), otherwise your site moves to a free theme and stays online. The Business Card isn't part of the trial.

Yes. The same account can run a Portfolio, a Company Website, a Business Card and as many Invite & Gift Cards as you need. Switch between them from the top of your dashboard.

Yes. Pick a new one whenever you like. Just remember to update any links you've already shared.

No. Pick a theme, fill in your details and publish. Your site is hosted for you on its own address, and you can edit it from your dashboard any time.

Yes. Paste YouTube links into the Videos section of the builder, add an optional title and description, and they're embedded right on your portfolio.

Yes. Build a Company Website on its own subdomain, alongside your portfolio or on its own. Pick a theme made for your industry, add your services, prices, team, photos, opening hours and contact details, and publish.

The Company Website plan unlocks the premium themes (Launch, Aurum and Nova) for 499৳ every 30 days, paid with bKash or Nagad. Summit and Harbor are free to use. New accounts can try every premium theme free for 30 days.

Nothing is deleted. Your content stays, your site moves to a free theme and stays online, and you can renew any time to use premium themes again.

A digital Business Card on its own link. People can save your contact to their phone in one tap, scan your QR code, share your card or download it as an image, and you can pick from five designs. It's its own subscription: 149৳ for 30 days, paid with bKash or Nagad. It isn't included in Premium or the Company Website plan, and isn't part of the free trial.

No. Your Business Card can live on its own link with no website at all. If you have a Portfolio or Company Website, the card can also appear on your site.

Yes. Create and design your card for free. Publishing it needs the Business Card subscription, and your card goes live once your payment is reviewed.

Digital cards and invitations for weddings, couples, birthdays, Eid, corporate events, thank-yous and business gift vouchers. Pick one of 8 premium templates or upload your own design, add your events, and every guest gets a personal link with RSVP, a QR guest pass and a blessings wall.

Each guest gets their own link that opens with their name, like “Dear Rahim Uncle”. Share it on WhatsApp, or send it by email or SMS from your dashboard. You can see who received it, who opened it and who's coming.

Yes. Sharing each guest's personal link by WhatsApp, or anywhere else, is free and doesn't use credits. Opens and RSVPs are still tracked.

Email and SMS use prepaid credits: one credit sends one email or one SMS (a long or Bangla SMS can use more than one). Packages start at 199৳ for 300 email and 100 SMS credits, bought with bKash or Nagad like everything else. New accounts get 25 free email credits to try it.

Yes. Upload a card your designer made instead of using a template, and import guests from a CSV or Excel file or your phone's contacts. You can also paste a list or type names in.

A private card for your partner. They answer a secret question to unlock it, then find your story, sealed “open when…” letters and love coupons they can redeem. You can even keep it sealed until midnight on their birthday.

No. A gift voucher's value is a promise from your business, redeemed at your own counter with its unique code or QR. Online Presence never holds, sells or transfers money for vouchers.

Pay in taka with bKash or Nagad. Use Send Money to the number shown on your billing page, then enter the transaction ID (TrxID) from the confirmation SMS, add a screenshot if you can, and submit. No card or bank account needed.

We check every payment by hand against our wallet statement, usually within a few hours. Everything you paid for switches on the moment it's approved, and your billing page shows the status.

No. You pay once for the time or credits you choose. We never take money from your wallet. When a plan ends, your site moves to a free theme and stays online until you renew.

No. Email and SMS credits stay in your account until you use them. Messages that fail to send are refunded automatically.

We'll tell you why on your billing page, for example a mistyped TrxID, and you can submit it again. If you sent a different amount, say so in the note when you submit.

Yes. The pricing page has packages for each product and bundles that combine them for less than buying each part separately. Days you buy are added on top of any time you already have.

No. Your CV is processed in memory to generate your content and isn't saved. Only the portfolio content you review and keep is stored.

You do. Names, phone numbers and emails you add to an Invite & Gift Card are used only to deliver your card and track replies for you. We don't sell them or send them marketing.

No. Visitor stats are counted without cookies: nothing is stored on the visitor's device, and their IP address isn't saved.

Only if you ask for them by ticking the box. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe from the link at any time without affecting your account.

Contact us from the contact page using the email on your account and we'll delete your account and its content. Anything you've published goes offline.
